Matt leads ZS’s global medtech marketing consulting practice.

Matt’s expertise spans strategic and commercial marketing issues. Matt’s issue expertise includes marketing capability-building, opportunity assessment, business development, product development, product launch, growth marketing, market research and marketing operations. Matt’s global experience covers the U.S., Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia.

Matt previously worked as the vice president of global marketing and then the vice president of strategy and business development for the largest global business unit at Hillrom (a $3 billion device and diagnostic company). At Hillrom, Matt led a transformation in the marketing organization globally, across business units and regions. Prior to Hillrom, Matt led global commercial operations, comprising market research, analytics, competitive intelligence and sales force effectiveness, for Hospira (a $5 billion device and biopharma company).

Matt holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.S. in accountancy from the University of Illinois.
