Placing health equity at the heart of our business is key to improving health outcomes for all. We work to understand and address the social and environmental drivers of health, bringing together stakeholders in healthcare and beyond to tackle inequities.

As a signal of our commitment, we joined 40-plus organizations in signing the World Economic Forum’s Zero Health Gaps Pledge as well as signed the Healthcare Leadership Council’s pledge to advance health equity.

We aim to foster a culture where every ZSer can follow their passions, receives the support they need to succeed, and feels heard and respected.

We have set concrete objectives across several diversity, equity and inclusion commitments. Our priorities include attracting and retaining more women-identifying ZSers and underrepresented minorities, strengthening bias mitigation and equity strategies and more.
