Eva is an associate principal in ZS’s Frankfurt office and a business area leader for patient and consumer health in Europe.
Eva has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, supporting EU headquarters clients and affiliates in German-speaking countries in strategic and operational decision-making. Her primary passions and experiences include marketing strategy and research, patient and consumer marketing, go-to-market strategies and helping clients optimize their customer experience.
In her role as a leader in ZS’s patient & consumer health practice in the EU, Eva supports clients in becoming more patient-centric by finding deep patient insights, developing patient-focused strategies and executing against them. Eva has also experience in advising clients to drive patient centricity and advocacy from an organizational perspective.
In her 17 years with ZS, Eva’s work has spanned many therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular/metabolic, respiratory, women’s healthcare, immunology, rare disease and gastroenterology.
Eva has a master’s degree in international business administration from the European Business School in Germany.
