Dan focuses on defining omnichannel patient engagement strategies and then enabling them through technology, process and operations while creating digital-centric organizations. Transforming and innovating in patient services and digital health is one of Dan’s core passions.
Dan’s areas of expertise include franchise and brand strategy, brand and product launch, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, customer engagement strategy, contract management and digital and omnichannel marketing.
Dan has worked on a wide range of commercial and noncommercial programs across the globe. He specializes in creating strategic commercial transformations for some of the largest global pharmaceutical companies that prioritize digital enablement.
Prior to joining ZS in 2018, Dan has held several global leadership roles for other consulting services firms with a strong focus across sales, marketing and contract management within various stage life sciences and biotech organizations. He has been a key leader in developing and enabling strategic digital transformations. Before entering consulting, Dan was responsible for mergers and acquisitions and significant digital programs in the financial services industry.
Dan holds a B.S. in management information systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
